Tender description

Homes England is seeking to appoint a competent Supplier for provision of the following works at the Weedon Road compound on a fixed price basis: - Clearance and disposal of all materials from the existing Homes England Weedon Road site to suitably licensed facility, Northampton; - Removal of existing chain link fencing from current compound and disposal to suitably licensed waste facility; - Supply and installation of 1.8m high coated weld mesh fencing at the current compound, along the existing alignment; - Creation of a new compound north of Weedon Road, Northampton to include supply and installation of Palisade fencing and vehicular access gates to access road and Heras fencing to create new compound area; and - Relocation of existing signage stock at the Weedon Road Compound to the new compound.
