North East Lincolnshire Council (the “Authority”) is inviting providers to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Provision of Apprenticeship Training Programmes. The DPS will also be used by North Lincolnshire Council. North East Lincolnshire Council or North Lincolnshire Council may also access the DPS on behalf of Academy Schools located in the North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire area. North East Lincolnshire Council (the “Authority”) is inviting you to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Provision of Apprenticeship Training Programmes. The DPS will also be used by North Lincolnshire Council. North East Lincolnshire Council or North Lincolnshire Council may also access the DPS on behalf of Academy Schools located in the North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire area. Initially the Dynamic Purchasing System will run for 2 years from the Commencement date. The Authority reserves the right to extend the duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System for 2 x 12 month periods. The initial deadline for the receipt of requests to participate is 30 days after this Notice is published. Thereafter North East Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council reserves the right to invite operators admitted to the DPS to participate in a further competition process at any time.
