Tender description

The Authority has over 150 TSCD devices and require compatible consumables (wafers) which perform sterile welds between plastic PVC tubing for the processing of blood components. Wafers must be compatible with Terumo Sterile Connection Devices I and II. NHSBT has issued this VEAT to outline its intentions to enter into a Negotiated Procedure with Terumo BCT to obtain supply of the compatible wafers. For a period of 4 years under a Framework Agreement Note: This will be run as a collaborative exercise with other blood services who will be added as beneficiaries.
