Disabled Facilities Grant Adaptations

Tender description

Derby City Council is seeking to appoint economic operators to a Framework to deliver a programme of adaptations, remodelling and extensions as part of its delivery of the Disabled Facilities Grant i.e. to appoint competent contractors to deliver high quality projects to home owners in the domestic market place through the establishment of a Framework. The work will typically involve: - Bathroom and bedroom extensions - Internal adaptations and remodelling - Ramps - External works - Kitchen alteration/adaptations. The Framework is to last up to a maximum of 4 years (2 years initially with options to extend in one year increments) and will require the selected suppliers to sign Derby City Council's data processing agreement.
