Competition Impacts of Mobility as a Service

Tender description

The works for this requirement comprise of providing expert advice and insight into the potential competition implications of mobility aggregator platforms, such as Mobility as a Service (MaaS)-type business models, ride-hailing and ride-sourcing platforms. MaaS is a term used to describe digital transport service platforms that enable users to access, pay for, and get real time information on a range of public and private transport options. To view the ITT and other relevant documentation, interested parties should sign up to the AWARD portal. All clarification questions and correspondence, including Tender submissions, will go through this portal. To register for the AWARD Portal please email David Bean (david.bean@dft.gov.uk) with your named single point of contact and their respective email address. They will then receive an email with their log-in details for the AWARD portal. Note that this contract will be carried out under DfT Conditions of Contract, attached below.
