Tender description

OsloMet — the city university, previously Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus [Oslo and Akershus University College], has approximately 2 100 employees and approx. 20 500 students. The procurement concerns competence building initiatives and training for those who work with development and implementation of projects in OsloMet. OsloMet wants to enter into a framework agreement with a service provider to increase the competence in control and management of projects and programmes, as well as benefit/gains control in digitising projects. Increased competence shall contribute to better projects at OsloMet. Courses shall be offered from 1.1.2019. Tenderer shall be able to deliver courses on three weeks notice. The anticipated volume of the contract is altogether approx. 1 900 000 NOK excluding VAT over 4 years. The anticipated volume of the contract is altogether approx. 1 900 000 NOK excluding VAT over 4 years. The scope is only an estimate and can vary depending on the contracting authority's needs. The scope is calculated on an estimated total number of courses, combined over a contract period of maximum four years. Course, content, hours, etc. can vary from year to year.
