Tender description
The States of Guernsey is undertaking a major, transformational programme of work to implement a new organisation for the collection of social security contributions and income tax; the Revenue Service. The programme will improve customer experience, achieve operational efficiencies and savings, and will replace the legacy IT systems in operation for both forms of collection. In order to deliver the programme’s outcomes, the States requires experienced business analysis leadership and support. The Lead Business Analyst will direct a team of practitioners to deliver the various business analysis activities required over the course of the programme.
