Tender description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of lift refurbishment works to six passenger lifts on the Middlesex Street residential housing estate as per the enclosed specifications. Please note, the City will not accept any closed protocols, intellectual property or any requirement for the ongoing use of specialist service tools. The works also include the creation of four new lift openings as detailed in the specifications. This element of the works must be priced separately where indicated on the enclosed pricing summary sheet.
