Tender description

Bristol City Council (BCC) is seeking to set up a framework to supply, install and survey the following energy efficiency measures: — LED Lighting and Controls, — Insulation (Cavity, Loft and Pipework), — BMS (Building Management System) / BEMS (Building Energy Management System), — Heating and Cooling. The framework value is estimated to be 10 000 000 GBP over the lifetime of the 4-year framework. The geographical coverage of the framework is across the south west, with the main location of delivery Bristol. BCC is seeking suppliers capable of delivering contracts between 50 000 to 500 000 GBP. BCC are considering their options for the delivery of the Energy Efficiency Framework and are seeking to engage respondents with suitable experience and capabilities to complete a short Market Engagement Survey to inform an appropriate procurement process.
