Tender description

.Leicestershire County Council (LCC) is seeking a consolidated solution that manages the following areas: • FOI and EIR requests • Subject Access Requests • Data Incidents • Ombudsman & Information Commissioners Office (ICO) enquiries • Corporate Compliments and Comments • Statutory and non-statutory complaints • LCC currently manages these in three separate systems and LCC is seeking to combine these areas into a single solution and gain efficiencies and synergies. A solution that can manage the associated data sets in a more efficient manner is required and any solution needs to support overall Local Authority (LA) compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations). The end solution will be used to capture, process, resolve and report across these key areas .
