This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets for the terms and understanding between Department for International Trade (DIT) and Level39 Limited as a strategic partner (s) (the \"Partner\") in creating and running a UK Cyber Security Showcase Facility. This MOU is not intended to be legally enforceable and does not constitute a contract between the Partners. 'This contract award was not published at the time of award. It has been published for transparency purposes to provide a record of existing departmental contracts.'
