The Council is seeking to commission training in relation to coaching conversations for our managers, employees and elected members to enable them to empower our workforce, customers and residents.Our managers, employees, members and residents play a key role in helping us to achieve our vision, priorities and outcomes so it is important that they remain resilient during times of change and uncertainty and are able to develop themselves and support others to be the best that they can be.
