The Lee Valley Regional Park Authority intends to procure an operator to manage its 6 high profile sporting and leisure venues. The Authority is providing information about its consultation on the intended leisure services procurement which can be obtained via The Sport, Leisure and Culture Consultancy, by sending a request for information by email to leevalleypark@slc.uk.com The Authority would appreciate feedback from potential tenderers to assist with the preparation of its intended procurement by completing an online market engagement questionnaire. This Prior Information Notice is an indication of a potential future procurement. Any procurement will be the subject of a later OJEU Notice. Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (“the Authority”) intends to go out to tender for a Leisure Services Contract to include the operation and management of 6 high profile and nationally and internationally significant sporting venues and leisure facilities. These venues are the prestigious Lee Valley VeloPark, the Lee Valley White Water Centre, the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre, Lee Valley Athletics Centre and 2 long established regional facilities, the Lee Valley Riding Centre and the Lee Valley Ice Centre, which is due to be redeveloped into a world class facility. The existing Leisure Services Contract expires on 31.3.2020.
