Pilot for Out of Court Disposals for Domestic Abuse Perpetrators in Northamptonshire

Northamptonshire Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner are seeking suppliers to deliver a pilot for Out of Court Disposals for Domestic Abuse Perpetrators in Northamptonshire. As part of a conditional caution, low and medium risk perpetrators will be required to attend a short, evidence based, group work intervention designed to change abusive behaviour and reduce further offending. We wish to involve suppliers in the design of the programme and also in how the programmes will be administered and delivered. It is expected that the perpetrator will pay to attend. We have set up a market engagement event and invite interested parties to discuss how we can shape our commissioning intentions through 1:1 discussions with suppliers of these services. These meetings will take place on Friday 6th July & Friday 13 July and last approximately one hour.
