LPS CORP Framework 1 - Provision of Transport Services in Lancashire

Tender description

LCC is seeking tenders from Service Providers wishing to join a Framework Agreement for the provision of specific transport services which includes Special Education Needs (SEN) Mainstream Home To School Taxi Services, Community Transport, and Alternative And Complimentary Education And Residential Services (ACERS) in Lancashire, in accordance with the Draft Service Agreement. Under this Framework Agreement, contracts for transport will be provided using vehicles of various capacities (minimum 4 passenger seats and upwards and in accordance with current Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Legislation, Private Hire or Hackney Carriage legislation. This Framework Agreement will be divided into Lots, where an approved list of operators will be compiled by geographical area, from which mini-competitions will be held for the provision of specific transport services. Individual service specifications (route schedules) will be provided for each service to be contracted as part of the mini-competitions.
