Tender description

The Authority is seeking to appoint a panel of consultants to provide specialist advice relating to competition and regulatory economics in the payments sector. The Framework will be for a 4 year term and be comprised of 1 Lot. The anticipated number of Suppliers on the Framework is up to 4. The consultants on this Framework will provide analysis, advice or critical review of the work of the PSR on different aspects of competition and regulatory economics in relation to payment systems, where required by the Authorities.
