Tender description

The Defence Forces wish to obtain a single supplier who can provide a wide range of ICT support services to the centre of IT and Network operations based in Dublin. It is envisaged that the successful service provider will provide dedicated resources in support of the Dublin data centres. It is also envisaged that these resources will operate on site on a daily basis, integrating with the existing Defence Forces ICT technicians. This is a key requirement as NO remote access is provided.
