The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers of orthodontic clinical information systems providers for appointment to a single-supplier framework for the supply, modification (if necessary), installation, integration, implementation and on-going support of an Orthodontic Clinical Management System (OCMS) which will allow specific users to control and maintain an electronic medical record for orthodontic patients. This document contains the specific requirements, functionality, and outputs required for the system. The HSE intends to appoint a framework agreement with an initial award of contract to HSE CHO 4, Cork /Kerry.
