Who Speclialist Work With You'll be expected to work with the following: Stakeholders such as: - Trainees (of the medical, dental, pharmacy and healthcare science profession) - (Hospital) Trust administrators and managers - Business Managers and subject experts - Others involved in the education and training of the multi professional healthcare workforce Scrum/Development team: - Delivery Manager - Scrum Master - Developers - UX/UI Designer - Business analysts Service and delivery team: - Programme Manager - Project Managers and support - Service Managers (Product Owners) Third party suppliers - Legacy and future suppliers What Specialists Work On To work on component level projects of TIS and other information system related, including: Requirements gathering (user and business research) User story creation and maintenance Stakeholder interviews – plan, design, conduct, summarise, progress outputs Business process modelling - model and document Test and validate any technical developments Translate any issues into both technical and non-technical speak/language Knowledge transfer to permanent HEE staff And other service areas as required by the business Where the Work Takes Place Health Education England Floor 3 Stewart House Russell Square London WC1B 5DN Early Market Engagement In 2016, Discovery work was undertaken across a range of TIS components. This Discovery research is in varying states of completion, with some areas being more advanced than others. Overall, the research requires reviewing, validating and progression. This will form part of the work of the Business Analyst. Working Arrangements To be in the London office for core days and flexible working by arrangement. Travel will be required around England as part of the role for which reimbursement in line with HEE terms will be made. The role is outside of IR35. There is an expectation could start mid July. Skills & Experience have experience of business analysis in an agile environment focused on software product delivery have broad experience of requirements gathering, including the planning, design and conducting of user and stakeholder interviews evidence their business process modelling skills have clear experience of using strong interpersonal and communication skills to rationalise complex scenarios and bridge any gaps between users, stakeholders, Service Managers (Product Owners) and the development teams demonstrate hands on experience of user story creation and backlog management have experience in assessing and improving business process and systems within large complex organisations have the ability to evaluate information and present in such a way that is easily understood by the target audience, including through written and oral communication Nice to Haves Detailed examples of experience of working with the GSDM Experience supporting Agile and Scrum processes and ceremonies Presenting learning's and findings to colleagues and stakeholders, getting involved with delivering team priorities.
