Tender description
Transport assessment and traffic modelling is required to assess the impact of new development of the Blackpool Airport Enterprise Zone on transport. The assessment should have a sufficiently long-term horizon, be suitable for planning permission purposes, input into Travel Plans, cover all types of transportation and be agreed by the relevant Highways Authorities.
