Tender description

Orbis Procurement on behalf of Brighton and Hove City Council are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Reactive Fabric Maintenance Works. The prime aim of this Framework Agreement is to facilitate the following works: — General Building Works. The Framework is intended to be in place for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend it to 4th year. No value, volume of work or exclusivity is implied or guaranteed under this Framework. Reactive Fabric Maintenance Works for Brighton and Hove covering (but may not be limited to) the following fabric services: — brickwork repairs and cleaning, — concrete repairs and cleaning, — window repairs, — glazing, — external cladding systems, — structural repairs, — flooring and screeds incl. floor finishes, — flat roofing, — pitched roofing, — green roofing, — roof lights and glazed roofs, — internal and external drainage, — underground drainage incl. CCTV surveys, — RWP goods including gutters and downpipes, — Grease Traps, — Sewage Pumps, — Klargesters, — petrol / oil interceptors, — internal redecoration, — external redecoration, — carpentry and Joinery, — flood response, — man safe systems, — fixed ladder installation, — asbestos removal, — tarpaving, — roads and pavements (not Highways), — traveller sites.
