Tender description

Suppliers will undertake an in-depth analysis and provide an external health check on your utility, telecommunication and rent / rate payments. They carry out an end to end, bill validation and cost recovery service from identification of opportunities to the physical recovery of the identified monies on behalf of all public sector authorities. Suppliers use complex tariff and billing structures, organisations often end up paying more than they should or are charged for services they don’t actually receive — without being aware of it. The results can be used to ensure that suppliers are actively meeting terms set out within contracts and SLAs. In addition Organisations may wish to verify suppliers’ compliance with contract terms and conditions to ensure quality standards are maintained over the term of a contract. Compliance services could be used on an ad hoc basis in response to risks / issues identified with suppliers, or as part of a structured / planned audit process. There are 2 types of service available within this service: — pre-audits: conducted prior to contract award as part of a tender process to verify suppliers’ capabilities, — ongoing audit: used to ensure ongoing compliance with contract terms by current suppliers. This Framework Agreement is split up into the following: — Lot 1: Energy, — Lot 2: Water, — Lot 3: Telecommunications, — Lot 4: Rent / Rates, — Lot 5: One Stop Shop, — Lot 6: Compliance Services.
