Tender description

Main Contractor for the Maintenance of Roof Fabric and Associated Drainage Components. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for: • The inspection and cleaning of roof coverings and associated drainage. • Identification of roof and drainage defects during maintenance cleaning • The maintenance and inspection of all harnesses and lanyards for site access systems. • Provision of emergency call out service. • Completing and forwarding to the Estate Support Service representative as required, records of all works, worksheets and reports, on a suitable and agreed database. • Provision of roof plan for all buildings in first 12 months of contract, identifying any additional roof or drainage components not identified on provided drawings. • Installation of gutter brush system as directed by Maintenance Officer.
