Tender description

The support and maintenance of SAP software. Special note: We intend to award either Lot 1 OR Lot 2 and Lot 3. Not all three. This is due to the way the Thames Water SAP software estate is structured and the timelines of current software upgrade projects that impact SAP support and maintenance. The overall total value is 24m (Twenty four) over 8 years. If Lot 1 is awarded for the entire estate the value is 24m (Twenty four). If Lot 1 is not awarded and Lot 2 and Lot 3 is awarded instead, the value is 16m + 8m = 24m (Twenty four), i.e. not 48m. To provide 24 x 7 Break-fix support, Diagnostic services, Product fixes, Custom coding, Project management, IT environment and product assessments, Performance tuning, Systems administration, Archiving, 3rd party liaison.
