Tender description

The Contracting Authority (Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology) intends to award a contract under the open procedure for renovation/upgrade of Laboratories in the School of Business, Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology – Galway Campus, Dublin Road Galway. This project involves the upgrade of 4 computer labs. All rooms are concentrated in one block on the same floor but there will be some requirement for cabling to Comms rooms on the floor below. This will be a turnkey project which will be ready to move into upon completion. The main elements involved are as follows: • Electrical alterations. • Minor demolitions / stripout. • Closing of door opes • Installation of suspended ceilings • Electrical fitout (power, lighting, data) • Decoration. • Floor finishes. • Installation of furniture (benching).
