Tender description

Hull City Council is seeking tenders for their events equipment requirements. The scope of this project is to have in place solutions to be able to hire various types of events equipment and services to enable Hull City Council to host a wide variety of events. The tender will cover the following areas: — barrier, signage and associated traffic management equipment, — tables, chairs, display boards and marquees, — single unit portable toilets, — accommodation units and toilet block units, — skips, — lighting, sound and PA equipment, — first aid provision, — christmas lighting provision. The scope of this project is to have in place suppliers to provide hire of equipment required by Hull City Council and its wholly owned companies, Hull Culture and Leisure Limited when holding events with throughout the city. a— Award to a single provider to supply all the barrier, signage and associated traffic management equipment hire requirements at key recurring events, b— this lot will be awarded to a maximum of 4 providers to supply all the barrier, signage and associated traffic management equipment hire requirements for any event held throughout the city other than the recurring events listed in 1a. Either direct awards or further competitions will be run with the successful providers to award specific requirements of an event. The scope of this project is to have in place suppliers to provide hire of equipment required by Hull City Council and its wholly owned companies, Hull Culture and Leisure Limited when holding events with throughout the city. Lot 2 – Tables, chairs, display boards and marquees. a— Award to a single provider to supply all the tables, chairs, display boards and marquee hire requirements at key recurring events, b— this lot will be awarded to a maximum of 4 providers to supply all the tables, chairs, display boards and marquee hire requirements for any event held throughout the City other than the recurring events held detailed in Lot 2a. Either direct awards or further competitions will be run with the successful providers to award specific requirements of an event. Lot 3 – single unit portable toilets. a— Award to a single provider to supply all the single unit portable toilet hire requirements at key recurring events, b— this lot will be awarded to a maximum The scope of this project is to have in place suppliers to provide hire of equipment required by Hull City Council and its wholly owned companies, Hull Culture and Leisure Limited when holding events with throughout the city. a— Award to a single provider to supply all accommodation unit and toilet block unit hire requirements at key recurring events, b— this lot will be awarded to a maximum of 4 providers to supply all the accommodation unit and toilet block unit hire requirements at any event held throughout the city other than the recurring events held detailed in Lot 4a. Either direct awards or further competitions will be run with the successful providers to award specific requirements of an event. The scope of this project is to have in place suppliers to provide hire of equipment required by Hull City Council and its wholly owned companies, Hull Culture and Leisure Limited when holding events with throughout the city. This lot will be awarded to a single provider to supply all skip hire requirements at key recurring events. The scope of this project is to have in place suppliers to provide hire of equipment required by Hull City Council and its wholly owned companies, Hull Culture and Leisure Limited when holding events with throughout the city. a— This lot will be awarded to a maximum of 4 providers to supply all the lighting, sound and PA equipment hire requirements at any event held throughout the city. Further competitions will be run with the successful providers to award specific requirements of an event. b— This lot will be awarded to a maximum of 4 providers to supply all the lighting, sound and PA equipment hire requirements at any event held throughout the city. Direct awards for emergency requirements only will be awarded through this lot. The scope of this project is to have in place suppliers to provide hire of equipment required by Hull City Council and its wholly owned companies, Hull Culture and Leisure Limited when holding events with throughout the city. a— This lot will be awarded to a single provider to deliver the required first aid provision at key recurring events and any other event held throughout the city, b— this lot will be awarded to a maximum of 3 providers to provide requirements of first aid provision at all other events held throughout the city. The scope of this project is to have in place suppliers to provide hire of equipment required by Hull City Council and its wholly owned companies, Hull Culture and Leisure Limited when holding events with throughout the city. This lot will be awarded to a single provider to supply all the christmas light hire requirements for the city centre each year.
