CORSERV on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake JCT Minor Works Contracts for the replacement of Kitchens, Bathrooms & Cloakrooms on a framework for various addresses in Cornwall. The Framework duration will be 1+1+1+1 years, with a 20% reduction in estimated value annually. The estimated values are as follows: Year 1 £625,000. Year 2 £500,000. Year 3 £400,000 Year 4 £320,000. (with an annual review of specification and index linked cost alterations).
