NISRA is seeking to appoint a contractor to: — advise the Agency on the optimum approach to corporate planning including linkages to other corporate activities such as risk management, quality management and process improvement; and, — implement the proposed solutions and deliver a corporate plan with supporting systems/ procedures for its ongoing monitoring and management, — advise in the development of bespoke corporate and business planning processes to review our current approach and priorities and how these need to adapt to the changing data environment, changing stakeholder needs and demands, advances in technology and changes in society.
