Haringey Council as the Contracting Authority intends to put in place a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Construction, Estates and Property Professional Services to be utilised by members of the London Construction Programme (LCP) and other public sector organisations in London. This notice involves the conduct of a pre-procurement market engagement exercise in relation to the proposed DPS. It is not a call for competition. Haringey Council host the LCP which was established in 2012 and currently has a total membership of 43 London Authorities. The primary purpose of the LCP is to design, create and maintain construction related frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems to support the delivery of works and infrastructure projects for its members. This Prior Information Notice is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those interested parties who provide professional services to support the delivery by public sector organisations of construction related, estates and property projects. The specialist services to be procured under the proposed DPS are likely to be wide and varied to include but not limited to: — Construction related Multi-Disciplinary Services, — Construction Project Management Services, — Highways and Transport Service, — Public Realm and Landscape Services, — Architectural Design Services, — Mechanical and Electrical Services, — Civil and Structural Engineering Services, — Quantity Surveying Services, — Building Surveying Services, — Construction Health and Safety Advisor, — BREEAM Assessors, — Specialist Environmental Services, — Asbestos Advisory Services and Surveys, — Site Supervision /Clerk of Works for Construction Projects, — Environmental, Sustainability and Waste Services, — Fire Services General advice on all aspects of Estate, Property and Housing management to support the delivery by public sector organisations of statutory, regulatory and business objectives, — Ancillary Services (e.g. Office Support Services, Computer Graphics and Modelling, Urban planning, Authorising Engineer, Energy and related Services, Transport Systems Consultancy Service, Landscape Architectural Services, Interior Design Services). If you are interested in participating in the market engagement exercise you should follow the steps set out at Section V1.3) (Additional Information) below to access the project Memorandum of Information (MOI) and Questionnaire. The MOI document provides advance information on the proposed DPS and invites interested parties to comment on the proposed structure of the DPS by completing the supporting Questionnaire. Further activity as a part of the market engagement exercise may include the hosting of meetings with interested parties to explore further ideas for the development of the DPS so that the DPS when established is sustainable and attractive to providers of the specialist services outlined above.
