Notification Expressions of interest sought DCC are working on a two phase development in Sturminster Newton. Phase one – due for completion November 2018 Eight x one bedroom apartments in a refurbished building – for service users with low/medium support needs Phase two – Completion date to be determined Ten x one bedroom apartments in a new build property – for service users with more complex needs. There is potential for a shared core service for either one or both buildings, supplemented with individual services where necessary. Allocations for both dwellings will be via panel in June 2018 followed by more detail in July 2018 on what the core service and individual packages may look like. The services will be tendered period of 3+2 years. There will be a market engagement event prior to the formal procurement process to discuss the service requirements in more detail.
