Tender description
Swansea Council want to implement an enterprise content management solution based on SharePoint Online. Swansea Council want to implement an enterprise content management solution based on SharePoint Online. Swansea Council requires a partner to configure Microsoft SharePoint Online as a fully featured Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. Currently the council has approximately 28 Tb of unstructured digital data stored in user home folders and shared network drives, as well as around 70 000 boxes of physical files / documents. The council is currently operating Microsoft Office 365 E3 and EMS E3. It is expected that additional software will be required to supplement SharePoint’s core capabilities and any proposed solution will integrate seamlessly. The contract will also make provision for the configuration of Azure Rights Management and ensure compliance with MoReq2010 and thereby ISO 15489.
