Tender description

This framework will be for the installation of new sprinkler systems to both new build and existing domestic buildings and the servicing and maintenance of existing domestic sprinkler systems, with a maximum of 5 Service Providers for both Lots. The procurement will have a maximum value of 4 000 000 GBP spent across all Service Providers. Mains and tank fed sprinkler system installations to new build and existing domestic (Category 1) properties. The Client has included the option for Bidders to confirm if they are also able to carry out Category 2 and Category 3 installations, if they are required in the future. These installations will be put to further competition as identified within the documentation and Bidders not able to do Category 2 or 3 systems will not be disadvantaged in any way. Servicing and maintenance of existing mains fed and tank fed sprinkler systems.
