Tender description

Changes to current contracts for the provision of leisure centre services. The Council are proposing to make the following changes to the leisure management contract and works procurement agreement: (1) Extension of the current leisure management contract and leases as provided for under the original contract, for a period of 5,5 years; (2) A 2 000 000 GBP capital fund facility allocated for leisure facilities capital improvements - the improvements will be managed and completed via a works procurement agreement with Serco; (3) Removal of subsidised parking for users of the leisure centres concerned in 2018/19; and (4) The management of Central House will be transferred to Swale Community Leisure, to act as Landlord for a term ending on the 31.3.2025.
