The property portfolio numbers 3 200 currently and is expected to be 5 000 in 3 years and 25 000 in 10 years. Geographical coverage of properties is across London with a number the South East. Property Inventory Reports are required for the 2 500 Private Rented Sector properties when Tenants start and end Tenancy's.
