Tender description
HFRA seek a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide a 4 day, 3 night residential activity course, including accommodation and activities. The OJEU Open Procedure was used to procure the residential activities element of the Prince's Trust Team Programme. The services to be provided includes: residential accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights for between 12 and 18 participants and residential accommodation for up to 4 Prince's Trust supervisory staff. Also provision of activities to all participants in line with Prince's Trust Team Programme guidelines. It is anticipated that there will be 9 courses purchased via this contract per year. The contract is for an initial 2 year period with options to extend for another 2 x 1 years.
