Introduction Washingwell Community Primary School currently has a contract in place for the management of IT Maintenance and Support Services at the school. With a contract end date of 31 March 2019, Washingwell Primary School intend to review its provision in order to seek best value for money, ensure a total quality service, update computer hardware and meet demands for new pedagogical and technological approaches to using IT for learning. Background Washingwell Community Primary School is a one form entry school with 160 pupils and 20 staff gaining access to the curriculum and admin computer networks at different levels. The current supplier of school IT Maintenance and Support Services has been in post since 1 April 2014.
