Provision of Back Office Services. Provision of transactional Finance, HR and ICT support services to the contracting authority (“KCC”) by (a) provision of such services to meet the needs of KCC for such services, (b) provision of such services to third parties who were formerly customers of KCC and whose business has been transferred and entrusted to the Company by KCC, and (c) provision of such services to third parties who were not formerly customers of KCC, in order to generate additional income for KCC. Provision of Back Office Services.
