Tender description

Coventry City Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified organisation to undertake design and construction of a new multi-storey car park on the site of the existing surface level Salt Lane Car Park in Coventry City Centre, including external works. Restricted tender process to identify one Contractor to design and Construct car park. It is expected that 5 organisations will be shortlisted at SQ stage but the Council reserves the right to invite 6 if the difference in scores is negligible.
