Tender description
North Yorkshire County Council’s Stronger Communities Programme would like to commission an independent organisation to conduct a comprehensive and formative evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of the Programme, and its new investment approach – Inspire, Achieve, Innovate – over the next five years from 1 June 2018 to 31 March 2023. 1.2 The Council is seeking an active partner to assist it: • in understanding and evidencing the impact and effectiveness of its investment, • in understanding how effective the Programme approach is and the added value it delivers, • to identify what is working and areas of best practice in order to improve future investment, to work with some of the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector partners in receipt of investment to assist them with monitoring, evaluation and the production of case studies, and; • to design and produce materials needed for the achievement of these aims.
