Tender description

Onward Homes Ltd are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and qualified Service Providers, to provide the following services: — Responsive Repairs and Void Property Repairs — 3 star Gas Servicing and Maintenance. These services will cover 2 regions; Greater Manchester and Merseyside with contracts available for the following Lots: — Lot 1: Responsive Repairs and Void Property Repairs — Greater Manchester — Lot 2: Responsive Repairs and Void Property Repairs — Merseyside — Lot 3: Gas Servicing and Maintenance — Greater Manchester — Lot 4: Gas Servicing and Maintenance — Merseyside — Lot 5: Gas Servicing and Maintenance — Greater Manchester and Merseyside Combined NB: Lot 5 may be awarded in place of Lots 3 and 4. The duration of the contract will be 5 years, with options to extend for a further 2 + 3 years up to a maximum of 10 years.
