Permission has been granted in Jan 2018 for the astro turf project in Banteer Please submit your most competitive quote for the project as per the attached drawings and specifications. The project involves the replacement of existing grass surface with all-weather astro turf surface. Existing pitch excluding sidelines is 131.5m by 80m.Max size for soccer is 100m by 60m. Min adult size for ladies football, GAA, Camogie is 130m by 80m. Please submit price for existing pitch size including the complete lighting system. Please also submit price for the max size possible (preferred/possible size is 140m by 85m) which may be possible by pushing out the village sideline and using the fill from the hill area to extend size.Please confirm the max size possible. Please submit detailed bid breakdown for both options above. Contractor to indemnify Banteer Community Sportsfield CLG against any claims during construction and to submit copy indemnity before starting work Contractor is Project Supervisor Design and Construction as per the Construction Regulations 2013.Contractor to confirm in writing that he is carrying out both roles. Staged payment will be on foot of approved invoices which are submitted and payment is then made. 5 % retention applies until Construction is signed off by a Technical Supervisor.
