Tender description
The Department for International Trade seeks a supplier for development of a robust and easy-to-use Multi-Market Partial Equilibrium Model that will include the ability to model imports and exports allowing for imperfect substitutes between imports from different countries (using Armington elasticities) and substitution between domestic production and imports. The model should also include the option to extend the model following successful delivery of the initial model.
