Tender description
The AC Maintenance Contract includes the following Works: Routine Inspection and Maintenance of all Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems and Units, including split / reserve cycle systems, chilled water distribution pipe work, all other related pipe work, ducting for air handling and ventilation, and any other related systems to AC. Reactive Maintenance, such as attending to breakdowns, faults and emergencies including the provision of consumables but excluding materials e.g. pumps, compressors.
