IMO Various Mechanical Works

Tender description

The works will comprise of, but not be limited to, the following various mechanical works, located at the International Maritime Organization (IMO), 4 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7SR: 1. Installation of replacement extract fan to the 4th floor kitchen ventilation system 2. Replacement emergency drench shower to the 9th floor roof 3. Planned maintenance works to the variable air volume boxes to the first-floor delegate's lounge 4. Installation of fire dampers to the basement HV rooms. To view the ITT and other relevant documentation, interested parties should sign up to the AWARD portal. All clarification questions and correspondence, including Tender submissions, will go through this portal. To register for the AWARD Portal please email Jenny Turvey (jenny.turvey@dft.gsi.gov.uk) with your named single point of contact and their respective email address. They will then receive an email with their log-in details for the AWARD portal. Note that this contract will be carried out under DfT Conditions of Contract, attached below.
