Tender description

Following extensive work on BIM’s Skills and Training Programme in 2017, the organisation has now progressed to a “Skills Strategy Implementation Programme” which will implement all of the recommended initiatives. One such initiative is the development of an Executive and Leadership Development Programme. It is in this context that BIM is now seeking a Strategic Partner to assist with the structure and development of this Executive and Leadership Development Programme which aims to identify, support and mentor industry executives, senior management and CEOs.
