Norfolk County Council wishes to let a contract(s) for the design and delivery of workforce development training relevant to employees across the whole organisation. This contract has been split into 3 lots, providers may bid for 1 or more lots. — Lot 1: general ICT skills, — Lot 2: Microsoft Excel, — Lot 3: core business skills. Norfolk County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced organisation to provide general ICT skills, covering MS OneNote /Skype 2013, MS Outlook (tools to manage high email volumes)and MS PowerPoint (creating excellent slides). Norfolk County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced organisation to provide excel training at foundation, intermediate and advanced levels. Norfolk County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced organisation to provide core business skills training. Lot 3 includes the following: training and presentation skills, minute taking, interviewing skills for interviewers, handling difficult situations assertively, negotiating successfully and preparing yourself for interview.
