The Provision of an Interim Evaluation and Summative Assessment of the ERDF Health Innovation Exchange Project on behalf of NHS Liverpool CCG

NHS Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers for the Provision of an Interim Evaluation Leading to a Summative Assessment for the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funded Health Innovation Exchange (HIE) project. In brief, the requirement is two-fold: 1. To conduct an Interim Evaluation to inform and shape the delivery of the latter stages of the HIE project, and ensure the monitoring and data capture enables a robust Summative Assessment at the end of the project. 2. To produce a Summative Assessment which includes insights into project performance, reliable evidence of efficiency, effectiveness and value for money, plus lessons for the future. This must adhere to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government's Summative Assessment guidance for ERDF projects.
