Tender description

Surrey County Council on behalf of Brighton and Hove City Council and East Sussex County Council, the Orbis Partnership, is seeking to establish a number of Term Contracts for the delivery of Reactive and Cyclical Maintenance Works. The Contracting Authorities manage and maintain a large portfolio of property. The prime aim of the Term Contracts will be to facilitate the following maintenance works: — Passenger and Goods Lifts / Escalators, — Hoist / Care Equipment, — Doors and Windows / Door entry systems / Fire doors / Internal / External doors / Industrial Doors, — Industrial Doors, — Mechanical Services (Including Air Conditioning), — Electrical Services, — Kitchens, — Appliances, — Fabric / Roofing / Building Lots, — Data Centres, — Legionella Reports (Cyclical) including Low Value Legionella Responsive Works, — Asbestos Reports (Cyclical). The Term Contracts are intended to be in place for an initial term of 5 years with an option to extend by up to 2 years.
