Tender description

Surrey County Council on behalf of the Orbis Partnership is seeking to establish a Framework for the delivery of Planned Maintenance Works. The Contracting Authorities manage and maintain a large portfolio of property. The prime aim of this Framework Agreement is to facilitate the following works: — mechanical Services (Including Air Conditioning), — electrical Services, — doors and Windows, — roofing, — general Building Works (Including Kitchens refurbishment and renewals), — asbestos Removal Works, — display Energy Certificates (DEC) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). The Framework is intended to be in place for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend it to 4th year. No value, volume of work or exclusivity is implied or guaranteed under this Framework.
