RENEWAL OF RISING / LATERAL MAINS AND EMERGENCY LIGHTING 2018/20

Tender description

Lewisham Homes Limited (LHL) was created as an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) in January 2007. It is a non-profit making company limited by guarantee, and the London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) is the sole member. The organisation is responsible for managing around 13,200 tenanted and 4,800 leasehold properties. Lewisham Homes is looking to appoint a contractor who will work with us to install new rising and lateral mains and distribution boards to - 19 buildings alongside new emergency lighting at 13 of these buildings from April 2018 and 19 buildings alongside new emergency lighting at 7 of these buildings from April 2019 within LH estates as detailed in Section E Particular Specification.
